Warranty and Return Policy

Here at Texas Silver Jewelers we strive to ensure a great customer satisfaction. Every piece of Jewelry come with a 30 day warranty from the day the item was delivered. This covers any manufacture defect and does not cover any items that were damaged by misuse. All items to be claimed for a warranty claim will need to be shipped by the customer at their cost and upon inspection is shown to be a manufacture defect, a replacement items will be shipped back at our cost. This is great for those who want to wear their jewelry as soon as they get it. Unlike other jewelry companies who basically do not cover the jewelry once it has been worn.

Returns are allowed for products that have not been worn and must include its original packaging, must be unaltered, unworn, and in a condition suitable for resale in order to qualify for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is determined to be acceptable for a return, the option of a refund, store credit, or even exchange will be offered to the customer.  

For personalized jewelry, warranty does apply however no returns are accepted on personalized jewelry due to the items being custom. Every engraved items is inspected before it is shipped to ensure that it meets are standards and expectations.

We monitor and track return activity for abuse and misuse. Texas Silver Jewelers have the right to deny returns if it is determined that there has been an abuse and/or misuse of our return policy.
